A Journal to Spark Positivity

A little something we created to brighten your day

May is Mental Health Awareness month in the US, but we believe mental health should be a priority in our lives every day!

To spark some positivity in your week and maybe even brighten your day, we’ve created some cheery activities we’d like to share with you!

Did you know that a simple act such as coloring or completing a maze can direct your attention away from yourself and serve as a great meditative excercise?

We created opportunities for you to try both!

Say hello to the Feel Good Journal, which is now available in the Notability Shop for FREE. It includes motivating trackers, calming exercises, and grounding reminders to help you feel your best!

Set goals for the year, find daily gratitudes, acknowledge yourself, start new healthy habits, and even track the songs that add a skip in your step!

Relax and add pops of color to the zen waves coloring page and find your way to center of the Mind Labyrinth.

The journal also includes inspiring quotes to keep you motivated, and doodle and note pages so you can keep track — in your own way — of what made you feel good that day!

Here’s some other great ways you can practice mindfulness:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Take three deep breaths
  • 🚶‍♂️Go for a walk
  • 📝 Journal
  • 🕯 Light a candle
  • 🐶🐱 Play with a furry friend
  • 🤸‍♂️ Stretch
  • 🌞 Get some sunshine
  • 🎧 Listen to your favorite song
  • ☎️ Call a friend or family member

Time to relax and re-center. ENJOY!
