A Journal to Spark Positivity
May is Mental Health Awareness month in the US, but we believe mental health should be a priority in our lives every day!
To spark some positivity in your week and maybe even brighten your day, we’ve created some cheery activities we’d like to share with you!
Did you know that a simple act such as coloring or completing a maze can direct your attention away from yourself and serve as a great meditative excercise?
We created opportunities for you to try both!
